In today's fast-paced world, it is easy to overlook the signals your body is constantly giving you. Fatigue, imbalance, stress, and depletion. Beneath the desire to look good is a simple truth: true wellness begins with how we nourish and sustain ourselves every day.
SHEVÉRA exists to make everyday self-care feel natural and achievable, through intentional choices and a sense of well-being that feels effortless.
About the founder
Mikyath Ross is an educator, mother, digital creator, and the founder of SHEVÉRA. After teaching for six years in the Philippines, she pursued her career in the United States, where she completed her doctorate while raising her two children.
Although she had built a stable career in education, her experiences with burnout, personal healing, and starting over abroad encouraged her to imagine a different path. Her own journey taught her that transformation is not defined by a single decision, but by the courage to evolve through every season of life.
SHEVÉRA marks Mikyath's first venture into entrepreneurship and represents a chapter she once never imagined for herself. Through the company, she hopes to encourage others, especially women and mothers, to rebuild their confidence, pursue new possibilities, and recognize that it is never too late to become someone new.
